TAK was established in Taiwan in 1996, with its production base located in Heyuan City, Guangdong Province. We primarily manufactures Mn-Zn and Ni-Zn ferrite cores.*R&D capability:1. There are 6 material R&D and launches new material of Mn-Zn and Ni-Zn every year.2. There are 22 R&D in product development.3. Long-term cooperation with Taiwan Industrial Technology Research Institute and Fu Jen University.4. TAK can develop exclusive Ni-Zn materials with customers.*Process control and continuous improvement:1. TAK develops partially automated designs and continuously improves automated processes.2. Production quality is controlled under ISO/IATF system.3. Most of appearance checking is done by inspection machines to avoid customer receiving defective products.
