Founded in 2002, Shiheng Electronics (Nanjing Shiheng Electronics Co., Ltd.) manufactures precision NTC thermistors, temperature sensors, cable assemblies, and inrush current limiters for temperature sensing and circuit protection. We serve e-mobility, BMS, power supplies, chargers, energy storage, AI data centers, industrial automation, HVAC, home appliances, medical devices, robotics, lighting, and industrial communications. With in-house ceramic R&D and controlled mass production, we deliver stable performance, tight tolerances, fast thermal response, short lead times, and reliable supply. Products meet UL, cUL, TÜV, CQC, and AEC-Q200 standards. We support custom R-T curves, sensor integration, inrush limiting, and design-in from prototype to volume production.
