Riken Keiki, the leading company in gas detection, was founded in Tokyo in 1939. We develop and offer services for industrial gas detectors that are made in Japan using in-house sensors.We have considerable expertise in the selection, operation, and support of gas detectors used in semiconductor fabs. Thus, we have been maintaining a market share of over 70% in semiconductor fabs in Japan for over 40 years and provide gas detectors to this industry globally.Now, we are launching a new product: A Multi-point Toxic Gas Detection System, the FPM-80A. It’s a tape cassette type gas detector that can measure up to 80 detection points with a single unit and has a tape life of up to 180 days.It's the excellent solution for Toxic Gas Monitoring and Life Safety System in semiconductor fabs.
