Applying our unique, high quality process to return the wafers to a nearly new state to be re-used as test wafers. We have capability to reclaim 3" to 8" wafers.OPTIM also offers bespoke engineering servcies to most types of wafers or substrsates. Such as; Grinding, Thinning, CMP, Edge Trimming, Taiko Grinding, DBG, Dicing, Die Thinning, Wafer re-sizing and high quality cleaning. Utilising our engineering knowledge to be able to taylor a solution to almost every request.
