As experts in the development of photonic microsystems and its associated technologies, we offer our customers complete solutions, from concept and technology development to pilot production in our own 200 and 300 mm cleanrooms. Our research focuses on miniaturized sensors and actuators, integrated circuits, wireless and wired data communication, microdisplays and customized MEMS systems. In the field of trustworthy electronics, Fraunhofer IPMS conducts research into trustworthy manufacturing processes and trustworthy components. Numerous products and technologies developed at the Fraunhofer IPMS are already in use and can be found in all relevant markets.
